本文以力(li)(li)(li)敏(min)(min)(min)(min)材料為基礎,通過對應力(li)(li)(li)場反(fan)演(yan)(yan)方(fang)法展開研究(jiu),實(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)輪胎應力(li)(li)(li)測量的(de)可視化(hua)。首先,根(gen)據現有輪胎的(de)特(te)征設計了(le)(le)(le)新型力(li)(li)(li)敏(min)(min)(min)(min)傳感智能輪胎,分析了(le)(le)(le)力(li)(li)(li)敏(min)(min)(min)(min)智能輪胎的(de)結(jie)構特(te)點;其次,建(jian)立了(le)(le)(le)力(li)(li)(li)敏(min)(min)(min)(min)智能輪胎有限元模型,研究(jiu)了(le)(le)(le)力(li)(li)(li)敏(min)(min)(min)(min)智能輪胎在充氣狀(zhuang)態、靜態受載、結(jie)構破損三(san)種(zhong)狀(zhuang)態下應力(li)(li)(li)及變形情況,,構建(jian)了(le)(le)(le)力(li)(li)(li)敏(min)(min)(min)(min)智能輪胎電壓測量方(fang)法,并對導電硅橡膠(jiao)材料的(de)力(li)(li)(li)敏(min)(min)(min)(min)性能進行了(le)(le)(le)實(shi)驗(yan)驗(yan)證(zheng),分析了(le)(le)(le)不同狀(zhuang)態、不同載荷下導電硅橡膠(jiao)材料的(de)應力(li)(li)(li)反(fan)演(yan)(yan)情況.
